Deeply experienced in the real estate financing industry, Edgar brings a unique set of skills and knowledge to the table for his clients. He's worked for the State of California as a Special Investigator for the Department of Real Estate, for Finance of America as a branch operations manager, for Golden Empire Mortgage as an assistant loan officer, for Just Fund It! Mortgage as a Mortgage Advisor, for Freddie Mac as a Senior Fraud Investigator, for DBD Capital as Commercial Loan Broker, and for CrossCountry Mortgage as a Branch Manager of a direct lender. All those roles prepared him for his current position brokering both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Loans.

Edgar is personally experienced not only as a lender but as a real estate investor so he is able to coach his clients working towards their first investment as well as clients that are growing their portfolio. Edgar also occasionally flips homes for resale and is able to provide not only the financing for that but insight valuable to new investors.

Edgar is married to his lovely wife, Robbyn, with whom he has two lovely, if stubborn, children. Becoming a father has very much influenced his perspective and he has learned a number of valuable financial lessons which he is eager to impart to prospective first-time home buyers just starting on their path of homeownership.
